Hi, I’m Joonas, a product lead and builder with technical skills, executive management experience, and a focus on turning complex ideas into products people can actually use.
I’ve worked as a lead developer, hands-on startup CTO, R&D developer, consultant, and Co-Founder/COO of a venture-backed gaming company. The common thread is moving between product vision, technical systems, teams, and execution without losing the plot.
Current focus
- AI R&D and productization
- Product development and prototyping
- Technical architecture and startup operations
- Better AI and systems use across organizations
If you’re working through a product development journey, building with AI, or trying to make startup operations less chaotic, let’s connect.
